Summary / Abstract :

On 31 Janury 1985, the high command of the National Army of Democratic Kampuchea (NADK) issued directives to all military units in all fronts to continue actively and tenaciously their successful attacks against the Vietnamese aggressors so as to defeat the second stage of the Vietnamese plan for the present dry season, and to take another important step forward in our struggle.
