Chhim Meas aka Hoh, secretary of Regiment, Division 117, confessed that Sun, Chief of Chamkar Leu District, was a leader of the New Party in Northern Zone. The nomination of the New Party in Northern Zone was in line with that of the Communist Party of Kampuchea. Chief of district remained the same position but the objective was to persuade people to hate the revoltuion.
ឈ្មោះ ឈឹម មាស ហៅ ហោះ លេខាវរសេនាធំ កងពល ១១៧ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ ស៊ុន គណៈស្រុកចំការលើ ជាកម្លាំងដឹកនាំរបស់បក្ស ថ្មីនៅខាងភូមិភាគឧត្ដរ។ ការចាត់តាំងរបស់បក្សថ្មីនៅខាងភាគឧត្ដរ គឺស្របនឹងការចាត់តាំងរបស់បក្សកុម្មុយនិស្ដកម្ពុជា ដូចជាគណៈស្រុក នៅតែជាគណៈស្រុកដដែលតែខ្លឹមសារបំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យស្អប់បដិវត្ដ។
