Kampuchea, hit by a fatal combination of drought and floods last year, Kampucheans this year face the prospects of a bigger than usual shortage of food. According to international aid missions sent recently to Phnom Penh, this could reach dramatic proportions if high-yield rice seed and fertilisers are not supplied swiffly.
