Chhim Moeun, soldier of artillery unit, division 310, conceded that he incited Sambat to flee to home. Before the escape, he assigned Sambat to persuade male and female youths not to go to front lines, and to provoke conflict in cooperative continuously. Chhim Moeun did not clarify Sambat's activity in details.
ឈ្មោះ ឈឹម មឿន យុទ្ធជនកងកាំភើ្លងធំ កងពល ៣១០ បាន ឆ្លើយថា ខ្លួនបានអប់រំ សម្បត្ដិ ឱ្យរត់ទៅផ្ទះ។ មុនពេលរត់ ខ្លួនបាន ចាត់តាំងឱ្យដើរឃោសនាបំផុសយុវជន-យុវនារីកុំឱ្យមកសមរភូមិមុខ បំផុសឱ្យមានទំនាស់កុ្នងសហករណ៍ជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់។ ទាក់ទងនិង សកម្មភាពលំអិតរបស់ សម្បត្ដិ, ឈឹម មឿន មិនបានបញ្ជាក់ទេ។
