Chhoeng Chien made clear his biography and work. On September 10, 1976, he joined the revolution through Pork, Taing Krasaing sub-district chief. On March 18, 1976, the Angkar assigned him to work at office S-21.
ឈ្មោះ ឆឹង ជៀន បានបញ្ជាក់អំពីប្រវត្ដិរូបនឹងតាមរយៈការងារ របស់ខ្លួន។ ១០-៩-១៩៧៣ ចូលបដិវត្ដន៍តាមរយៈឈ្មោះ ពក នាទីប្រធានឃុំតាំងក្រសាំងដល់ថ្ងៃ ១៨-៣-១៩៧៦ បានអង្គការ ចាត់តាំងអោយមកនៅស-២១។
