Summary / Abstract :
|
Peking: Sino-Soviet normalisation talks will remain dead-locked "for a long time to came," Peking's negotiator said yesterday, four days before the next round convenes. Mr. Zian Zichen, a Vice-foreign Minister, also said that Vietnam's occupation of Kampuchea was the most important of what peking calls the "three obstacles" to better relations with Moscow.
