Chhun Lun aka At, Deputy Chief of Battalion 165, Division 164, confessed that Uch, soldier of Kampong Som Naval Battalion 143, Regiment 140, Division 164, frightened soldier out of the battlefield and destroyed a canoe machine and convinced soldiers to counter the revolution.
