Samdech Norodom Sihanouk, as President of Democratic Kampuchea announced the proposal of 8 items for a political settlement to the problem of Kampuchea in Beijing , on March 17, 1986. This proposal of 8 items is, in line with the resolutions on the settlement of the Kampuchea problem in the United Nations general assemblies the most pertinent idea to settle the Kampuchea problem so far as we are able to denise out.
