Nguyen Van ling, the new sectetary General of the Vietnamese communist party (VCP),who has replaced le Duan, has attempted through the offcial Vietnamese news agency to justify Vietnam's attitudes and to mislead the intern national public opinion on a number of issue, including the Kampuchean problem. He alegedly said that the kampuchean probem will be quickly solved once democratic kampuchea one of the tripartite CGDK's partners is eliminated.
