Chhay Cheng aka Phat, Soldier of Division 502, admitted that in 1976, he and Meng, Chief of Company 13 Squad, Division 502, received the plan from Oeun, working in battalion, to increase traitorous forces in order to assassinate the party's high ranking cadres, to plant mines in Pochentong airport so as to kill guests, and to tie rope cross the street secretly. After that, Meng and networks secretly put poisonous substance in pools near 100 houses; as the result, a lot of fishes were killed.
ឈ្មោះ ឆាយ ចេង ហៅ ផាត យុទ្ធជនកងពល ៥០២ បានឆ្លើយថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ខ្លួនរួមជាមួយ ម៉េង មេពួកនៅអនុសេនាធំ ១៣ កងពល ៥០២ ទទួលផែនការពី អឿន វរសេនាតូច ឱ្យប្រមូល កម្លាំងក្បត់ថែមទៀត លួចបាញ់កម្មាភិបាលធំៗរបស់បក្ស យកមីនទៅ កប់នៅពោធិចិនតុងដើម្បីសម្លាប់ភ្ញៀវបរទេស និងលួចចងខ្សែពួរ កាត់ថ្នល់។ បន្ទាប់មក ម៉េង និង បក្សពួក បានយកថ្នាំពុលទៅដាក់ កុ្នងអាងទឹកនៅម្ដុំផ្ទះ ១០០ខ្នង លទ្ធផលគឺងាប់ត្រីអស់ជាច្រើន។
