Since the announced withdrawal of Vietnamese occupation troops in September, the government of Prime Minister Hun Sen has taken a number of steps to establish Cambodia as a national reviving politically and economically ready to change to get rid of its image as a puppet regime. The goal is to gain increase international especially in the west.
