Chhay Cheng aka Phat, soldier of division 502, confessed that Sok, soldier of battalion 102, region 33, was traitor, who had opened way for Lon Nol's soldiers to come fighting Prey Torting battlefield, incited combatants to revolt against the revolution, and expanded treacherous forces.
