ឈ្មោះ ឆាយ ចេង ហៅ ផាត យុទ្ធជនកងពល ៥០២ បាន សារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ ស៊ុយ គណៈឃុំសំរោង តំបន់ ៣៣ ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ ជាគិញបង្កប់ និងបានដាក់ផែនការបំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យជឿលើ សីហនុ និងបំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យស្អប់បដិវត្ដ។
