Chhay Cheng aka Phat, soldier of Division 502, confessed that in 1975, Seng, soldier of Company 13, Battalion 521, Division 502, was assigned by Lun, soldier of Company, to arson ammunition warehouse of Division 502. In 1976, Seng and he received plans from Oeun, soldier of Battalion, to stir up trouble in offices and factories, to burn down factory T-1, and to plant mines at Pochentong airport.
ឈ្មោះ ឆាយ ចេង ហៅ ផាត យុទ្ធជននៅកងពល ៥០២ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សេង យុទ្ធជននៅអនុសេនាធំ ១៣ វរសេនាតូច ៥២១ កងពល ៥០២ថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥ សេង ទទួលការ ចាត់តាំងពីឈ្មោះ លន់ អនុសេនាធំ ឱ្យលួចដុតឃ្លាំងគ្រាប់ របស់កងពល ៥០២។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ សេង និងវា បានទទួលផែនការ ពីឈ្មោះ អឿន វរសេនាតូច ឱ្យចែកកម្លាំងដើរអុកឡុកតាមមន្ទីរ រោងចក្រ ដុតបំផ្លាញរោងចក្រត-១និងដាក់មីននៅពោធិចិនតុង។
