Summary / Abstract :

In Hanoi authorities have come up with shows and tricks in as attempt to deceive the international community and make it believe that the Vietnamese aggressors themselves have nothing to do with the war of aggression in Kampuchea, and that this problem is a matter dependent on their puppets Heng Samrin and Hun Sen. Therefore, whoever wants to solve the problem of the war in Kampuchea has to deal with Heng Samrin and Hun Sen.
