Summary / Abstract :

The last time Prince Sihaouk returned in triumph to Cambodia was during the Khmer Rouge revolution to shake hands with Pol Pot and pledge eternal friendship. Yesterday, yoked again in the same unholy alliance, the Prince crossed the Thailand border at least one hundred metres into Cambodian territory to declare that he would stay in the " Liberate Zone" until the entire country was freed from foreign rule-meaning from the real Cambodian government in Phnom Penh.
