On 17 August 1989, in a liberated area controlled by the Democratic Kampuchea Party the VN fact finding mission headed by general vadset was received by Mr. Son Sen, minister member of the CGDK's coordinating committee on national defencse and commander in chief of the NADK and by somne field commanders of the NADK.
