Phat Chantha aka Thai, chief of factory D-1 group, admitted that Sai, working in company, Kilometer 6 wine factory S-2, accepted plan to incite people to revolt against the revolution and built up Free Khmer forces in 1974. Between 1975 and 1976, he stole state equipment and provoked conflict in the revolutionary line.
ឈ្មោះ ផាត ចន្ថា ហៅ ថៃ មេក្រុមរោងចក្រ ដ-១ បាន ឆ្លើយសារភាពថា ឈ្មោះ សៃ អនុសេនាធំ រោងចក្រ ស-២ គីឡូម៉ែត្រលេខ ៦ បានទទួលផែនការបំផុសប្រជាជនឱ្យប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ កសាងកម្លាំងខ្មែរសេរីកុ្នងឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៥-១៩៧៦ លួចសម្ភារៈរដ្ឋ និងបង្កទំនាស់ក្នុងជួរបដិវត្ដ។
