Tiring Khan, disappeared, male, was born in 1949. Meet with Men Say, male, 60 years old, was a brother in law. Khan was born in Koh Ta Ngao number 3, Sokorng commune, Kang Meas district, Kampong Cham province. He had a father, Tring Chhang and a mother, Bib Kit. Kheang had 5 siblings. While he was a child, he was studying at Koh Ta Ngao Primary School at grade 8 (educated in old system). Then he dropped out of school due to he helped to do farming his parents. In 1970, there was a coup it was many youths in village came to join revolution movement of Khmer Rouge. When he had joined as the soldier about 3 to 4 years, it was seen that he came back to visit home. At that time, he told that he was sick because he had €¦€¦€¦€¦..received treatment in Phnom Penh hospital. He just stayed at hospital only 2_day then he returned. It was not heard from him since that time. In 1979, it was heard that he exile to Thai border. It was seen at Bovel in Battambang province and after that it was not heard from him. He disappeared. Whereas Men Say, during Khmer Rouge regime he was appointed to plow a field as farmer of the power. He was working without relax because he was afraid of Angkar captured to build up himself or killed. Sometime he was working overtime at night and about food, there was not enough food to eat. During Khmer Rouge regime he used to see militiaman punishment to the new people and some new people was captured. In 1977-78, there was the southwest cadre entered to this village and there was captured all old cadres and it៌s more difficult than before and captured more persons.
ឈ្មោះ ត្រឹង ឃាង បាត់ខ្លួន ភេទប្រុស កើតឆ្នាំ១៩៤៩។ ជួបជា មួយឈ្មោះ ម៉ែន សាយ ភេទប្រុស អាយុ៦០ឆ្នាំ ត្រូវជាបងថៃ្ល។ ឃាង មានស្រុកកំណើតនៅភូមិកោះតាង៉ោទី៣ ឃុំសូរគង ស្រុកកងមាស ខេត្ដកំពង់ចាម។ ឃាង មានឪពុកឈ្មោះ ត្រឹង ឈាង ម្ដាយឈ្មោះ បិប គិត មានបងប្អូន៥នាក់។ ឃាង កាលពីតូចរៀននៅសាលាបឋមសិក្សាកោះត្រង៉ោត្រឹមថ្នាក់ទី៨ឪចាស់ឱ។ ក្រោយមកឈប់រៀនមកជួយធ្វើស្រែកម្ការឪពុកម្ដាយ វិញ។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ កើតមានរដ្ឋប្រហារ មានយុវជននៅក្នុងភូមិ ជាច្រើននាក់នាំគ្នាចូលបដិវត្ដបម្រើចលនា ខែ្មរក្រហម។ ពេល ឃាង ចេញទៅជាយោធាបានប្រហែល ជា៣ទៅ៤ឆ្នាំ បានឃើញត្រឡប់មកលេងផ្ទះបានម្ដង ប្រាប់ថា ឈឺភ្នែកដោយសារកើតជំងឺកន្ទុយថែ្លនសម្រាកព្យាបាលនៅមន្ទីរ ពេទ្យភ្នំពេញ។ នៅសម្រាកបានពីរថៃ្ងប្រឡប់ទៅវិញបាត់ដំណឹង រហូត។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៩ ឮដំណឹងថា រត់ទៅជាដែនថៃ មានអ្នកជួប នៅបវេល ខាងបាត់ដំបង តែក្រោយមកក៏មិនបានទទួលដំណឹងពី ឈ្មោះ ឃាង ទេ បាត់ឈឹងរហូត។ ចំណែកឈ្មោះ ម៉ែន សាយ ជំនាន់ខែ្មរក្រហមអង្គការចាត់តាំងឱ្យភ្ជួរស្រែកម្លាំងខាងកសិករ ធ្វើការមិនហ៊ានសម្រាក ព្រោះខ្លាចអង្គការចាប់ទៅក៏សាងឬមួយ យកទៅវាយចោល។ ជួនណាធ្វើការយប់ទៀត រីឯការហូបចុកមិន បានគ្រប់គ្រាន់។ នៅក្នុងសម័យខែ្មរក្រហម សាយ ធ្លាប់ឃើញកងឈ្លបធ្វើទារុណកម្មទៅលើប្រជាជនថ្មី និងចាប់ប្រជាជនថ្មីមួយចំនួនយកទៅបាត់។ នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧៧៨ មានកម្មាភិបាលខាងភូមិភាគនិរតីចូលដល់ភូមិនេះ ហើយបាន ចាប់កម្មាភិបាលចាស់យកទៅបាត់អស់ និងរិតតែលំបាកជាង មុននិងចាប់ប្រជាជនថ្មីកាន់តែច្រើនឡើង។
