Beijing August 15 (Xinhua)-Hoang Van Hoan, Vice-chairman of the standing committee of the Vietnamese National Assembly who came to China in July, 1979, told his follow-countryment in China's Yunan province that Vietnam today enjors no peace, independent and democracy. He imphasized that Vietnam's unification is not real and that powerty and unger are stalking the land.
