In order to overthrow the political power of the dictatorship of the proletariat, the Lin Biao and Jiang Qing counter-revolutionary cliques framed and persecuted party and state leaders in a premeditated way. They extended their tentacles first of all to Liu Shaoqi, Chairman of the PRC and vice-chaiman of the CCP central committee , plotted and created the biggest frame up in the whole country.
