Prince Sihanouk , the veteran Cambodian leader who is the nomind head of the coalition of resistance to Vietnamese domination, has disclosed a tentative peace plan to the Italian CP's newspaper l'Unita. It involves efforts to get China and Thailand on one side and the USSR and Vietnam on the other, plus the Cambodian forces they support , to participate in informal talks, with no preconditions, that might lead to Vietnamese withdrawal form a neutral, nonaligned country. He is , however , pessimistic about the prospects.
