Nop Khun aka Pheap, member of Battalion, Division 117, confessed that Sreng, Chief of Economic Section of Hospital in Region 35, received his indoctrination with treason in 1973. In 1974, he laid down plot for Sreng to be implemented. The plans were to prompt soldiers to get fear of battlefield, to stir up trouble within the hospital, to kill soldiers and cadre by means of giving injection, andto convince former farmers not to supply to the battlefields.
ឈ្មោះ ណុប ឃុន ហៅ ភាព នាទីវរសេនាតូច កងពល ១១៧ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សេ្រង ប្រធានសេដ្ឋកិច្ចពេទ្យតំបន់ ៣៥ ថា សេ្រង ទទួលការអប់រំក្បត់ពីវានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៤ វា បាន ដាក់ផែនការឱ្យសេ្រងអនុវត្ដគឺ បំផុសយុទ្ធជនឱ្យខ្លាចសមរភូមិ បំផុសទំនាស់ក្នុងមន្ទីរពេទ្យ ចាក់ថ្នាំសម្លាប់យុទ្ធជន កម្មាភិបាល បំផុសកសិករចាស់កុំឱ្យឧបត្ថម្ភទៅសមរភូមិមុខ។
