Summary / Abstract :

Cambodia is one of the countires of the Indo-chinese peninsula, which used to have a glorious civilization in Angkor period. But, unfortunately, more than three million of these innocent people were brutally massacred under the Pol Pot genocidal regime and social structure in all fields were realy totally destoryed in only three years eight months and twenty days. On the basis of December No. 01 of 5 July, 1979 of the people's revolutionary council of Kampuchea providing for the setting up, in the capital city P.P, of people's revolutionary tribunal to judge the genocidal crime committed by the Pol Po-Ieng Sary clique.
