Mum Savoeun aka Muny, working at Company, Division 290, confessed that Seng, cadre of Platoon, betrayed the party because Sakun, cadre of Artillery Cell, convinced to do so. In July 1972, Seng and his network was convened by Sakun in Trapeang Sela Village to discuss counter-party plans designed to consecutively carry out anti-revolutionary acts. Seng persuaded soldiers to defect from their unit and refused to engage in the battlefield. Seng did not lead soldiers to fight at the battlefield through Angkar's nomination.
ឈ្មោះ មុំ សាវឿន ហៅ មុនី នាទីអនុសេនាធំ កងពល ២៩០ ឆ្លើយពីឈ្មោះ សេង កម្មាភិបាលអនុសេនាតូចថា សេង ក្បត់បក្ស ព្រោះឈ្មោះ សាគុណ កម្មាភិបាលកងកាំភ្លើងធំ អប់រំឱ្យក្បត់។ នៅខែ៧-១៩៧២ សេង និងបក្ខពួកត្រូវបានសាគុណហៅមកប្រជុំ នៅភូមិត្រពាំងសីលាពីផែនការប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដដែលមានខ្លឹមសារឱ្យ បំផុសសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់។ សេង បានបំផុស យុទ្ធជនឱ្យរត់ចោលជួរឬប្រកែកមិនចូលសមរភូមិ។ សេង មិនព្រម នាំទ័ពទៅសមរភូមិតាមការចាត់តាំងពីអង្គការ។
