There is no nucleus cadre for the organisations. If there were, they were reactionaries or incompetent cadres who could not play the role of hard core. Therefore, we must attact a particular attention on this matter. Even children can become nucleus cadres. This hold methol allows us to build the party and train nucleus cadres because the enexperienced with mature with the movement.
