Mam Savoeun aka Mony, Soldier of Company, Division 290, confessed that Sothea, Cadre of Platoon, Battalion 213, Regiment 21, Division 290, received his indoctrination with the hatred on the revolutionary regime. Savoeun prompted Sothea to be a single-minded person while living communally.
