Mel Marin aka Sou, soldier of office B-20, confessed that he and Say, soldier of Arts-performance unit, region 31, Northern zone in 1971, joined the meeting and received traitorous plan from Mean, chief of Speu sub-district, to build up new forces in people line. Between 1972 and 1973, Say joined the meeting and received plan from him [Mel Marin aka Sou] and Yim to persuade people not to allow their children to join the revolution, to provoke conflict in Arts-performance unit, and to instigate networks to be overjoyed.
ឈ្មោះ ម៉ិល ម៉ារិន ហៅ ស៊ូ យុទ្ធជនមនី្ទរ ប-២០ បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ សយ យុទ្ធជនផ្នែកសិល្បៈឧត្ដរ តំបន់ ៣១ កាលពីឆ្នាំ ១៩៧១ បានចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួលផែនការក្បត់ពីឈ្មោះ មាន ប្រធាន សង្កាត់ស្ពឺ ជាមួយខ្លួន ឱ្យកសាងកម្លាំងក្នុងជួរប្រជាជន បង្កើន កម្លាំងថ្មី។ នៅឆ្នាំ ១៩៧២-១៩៧៣ សយ ចូលរួមប្រជុំទទួល ផែនការពីខ្លួន និង ឃឹម ឱ្យបំផុសប្រជាជន មិនឱ្យកូនចូលបដិវត្ដ បំផុសទំនាស់កុ្នងអង្គភាពសិល្បៈ បង្កបក្សពួកឱ្យភើ្លងភ្លើន។
