Mei Than, male, 30, was born in Roluos village, Kea sub-district, Mong Russei district, Battambang province, had a certificate of Art. Before 17 April 1975, he was a mathematic teacher of Phnom Daun Penh and Pra You Vong High School and Art University. He joined a CIA candidate member at Wat Phnom through Leav Sut Sophoan Tha and Pich Saret. Moreover, he was in charge of damaging engine, gathering workers to carry out act at the day of having problem, provoking turmoil in the factory between workers and the responsible person and investigating people who carried out anti-governmental act and had purpose of doing sabotage in Power Plant factory.
ឈ្មោះ ម៉ី ថន ភេទប្រុស អាយុ ៣០ឆ្នាំ កើតនៅភូមិរលួស ឃុំគា ស្រុកម៉ោងឫស្សី ខេត្ដបាត់ដំបង មានសញ្ញាប័ត្រវិស្វករសិល្បៈ។ មុន ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ជាសាស្ដ្រាចារ្យវិទ្យាល័យភំ្នដូនពេញ វិទ្យាល័យប្រយូវង្សផ្នែកគណិតវិទ្យា មហាវិទ្យាល័យសិល្បៈ។ ជាសមាជិកបំរុងសេអ៊ីអាពីខែ ៧-១៩៧៤ ចូលនៅវត្ដភំ្ន អ្នកឧទេ្ទសនាម លាវ ស៊ុតសោភ័ណថា និងអ្នកនាំចូល ពេជ សារេត ហើយមានភារកិច្ចធ្វើឱ្យម៉ាស៊ីនខូច ប្រមូលកម្លាំងកម្មករចាំធ្វើ សកម្មភាពនៅថ្ងៃដែលមានបញ្ហា បំផុសឱ្យមានការរកាំរកូសក្នុង រោងចក្ររវាងកម្មករ និងអ្នកទទួលខុសត្រូវ ស៊ើបរកមុខអ្នកដែល ប្រឆាំងនិងរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងរកមុខអ្នកដែលមានបំណងធ្វើវិចេ្ឆទកម្ម ផេ្សងៗក្នុងរោងចក្រអគ្គិសនី។
