Min Soeun aka Doeun, Chief of State Fishing unit, confessed that Ms. Man Vy, Sen Cheh, Much Im, and Ms. Seng Khan was indoctrinated by him with the party betrayal. Doeun was in charge of convincing women of Producing Unit of Region 31 to work as a traitor.
