Min Neng confessed that Norng Chim joined the CIA within the network of Kolap Sarit Seila and Pech Ban in 1970. After April 17, 1975, Cheum had the link with his old network with Pech Ban and carried out activities to mobilize his network and denouced the new regime.
ឈ្មោះ មិន ណេង បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ នង ជឹម ចូលសេអ៊ីអា ក្នុងខ្សែរបស់កុលាបសារិតសីលានិងពេជ បាន នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ជឺម បានមកភ្ជាប់ខ្សែចាស់ជាមួយ ពេជ បានហើយសកម្មភាពប្រមូលបក្ខពួក និងនិយាយវាយប្រហាររបបថ្មី។
