Min Neng confessed that Tep Sun Huoy joined the CIA within the network of Kolap Sarit Seila in 1970. Huoy received Kolap Sarit Seila's plans to kee trace of the Khmer Rouge at factoreis. After April 17, 1975, there was no confirmation on where Angkar evacuated Huoy.
ឈ្មោះ មិន ណេង បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ទេព ស៊ុនហួយ បាន ចូលសេអ៊ីអាក្នុងខ្សែកូលាប សារិតសីលា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧០។ ហួយ បាន ទទួលផែនការពីកូលាប សារិតសីលាឱ្យតាមដានខ្មែរក្រហម នៅក្នុងរោងចក្រ។ ក្រោយ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ហួយមិនដឹង ថាត្រូវអង្គការជម្លៀសទៅខាងណាទេ។
