Min Neng confessed that Nhem Suon joined the CIA in 1970 within the network of Sarit Seila and Pech Ban. In May 1975, Suon linked Pech Ban's network and carried out activities to destroy machine's spare parts at power plant 2.
ឈ្មោះ មិន ណេង បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ញ៉ែម សួន ចូលសេអ៊ីអា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ក្នុងខ្សែកុលាបសារិតសីលានិងពេជ បាន។ ខែ៥-១៩៧៥ សួន ភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយពេជ បានវិញ ហើយបានធ្វើ សកម្មភាពបំផ្លាញគ្រឿងម៉ាស៊ីននៅអគ្គិសនីទី២អស់មួយចំនួន។
