Min Neng confessed that Uam Sikoeun joined the CIA within Pech Ban's network in 1973. After that, Sikoeun reconnected his CIA network and received plots to destroy machines. In September 1975, Angkar tranferred Pech Ban, Sikoeun had the links with Haing Bun Than.
ឈ្មោះ មិន ណេង បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ ឱម ស៊ីកឿន ចូលសេអ៊ីអា ក្នុងខ្សែពេជ បាន នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣។ ក្រោយមក ស៊ីកឿន មកភ្ជាប់ ខ្សែសេអ៊ីអាចាស់វិញ ហើយបានទទួលផែនការឱ្យកំទេចម៉ាស៊ីន។ ខែ៩-១៩៧៥ អង្គការជម្លៀសពេជ បានចេញ ស៊ីកឿនមកភ្ជាប់ ខ្សែជាមួយហាំង ប៊ុនថន។
