Min Neng confessed that in 1970, Um Sam-oeun joined the CIA within the network of Kolap Sarit Seila and Pech Ban. In May 1975, Sam-oeun had the link with the network of Pech Ban and carried out activities to destroy machines of factory and to convince workers to hate the revolution. The Angkar made Min Neng's arrest in July 1976.
ឈ្មោះ មិន ណេង បានឆ្លើយថា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧០ ឈ្មោះអ៊ុំ សំអឿន ចូលសេអ៊ីអាក្នុងខ្សែកុលាប សារិតសីលានិង ពេជ បាន។ ខែ៥-១៩៧៥ សំអឿន បានភ្ជាប់ខ្សែជាមួយពេជ បានហើយបាន ធ្វើសកម្មភាពកំទេចគ្រឿងម៉ាស៊ីននៅក្នុងរោងចក្រ បំផុសកម្មករឱ្យ ស្អប់បដិវត្ដ។មិន ណេង ត្រូវបានអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួននៅខែ៧-១៩៧៦។
