Mei, cadre of technical school of state commerce, confessed that before liberating on April 17, 1975, he was at Southwest zone with a person called Ta 15. After the liberation day, Ta-15 assigned him to turn to work in ministry of state commerce. At the first time in ministry of state commerce Mei met Yan and others traitorous networks, so Mei was so happily to meet them again because it was easy to connect line to continuously carry out the traitorous activities to destroy Kampuchea Communist Party.
ឈ្មោះ មី កម្មាភិបាលសាលាបចេ្ចទេសពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋ បាន និយាយថា មុនថ្ងៃ ១៧ ខ្លួននៅខាងភាគនិរតី ជាមួយតា ១៥ ដល់ ក្រោយ ១៧ តា ១៥ អោយខ្លួនមកខាងក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មរដ្ឋវិញ។ ពេលមកដល់ដំបូងមីបានជួប យ៉ន និងបក្សពួកមួយចំនួនទៀត នៅក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម រដ្ឋ។ មី មានការសប្បាយចិត្ដដោយបានជួប ខ្សែចាស់របស់ខ្លួនឡើងវិញ ងាយស្រួលក្នុងការតភ្ជាប់ខ្សែ ធ្វើសកម្មភាពបំផ្លាញបក្សកុម្មុយនិស្ដកម្ពុជាតទៅទៀត។
