អំពីសកម្មភាពភាពទាក់ទងរបស់ សោម ចន ក្រោយពីសម្លាប់មិត្ដ មុី មកដល់ចាប់ខ្លួនថ្ងៃទី១៤ ខែ១០ ១៩៧៨។ សោម ចន បានទទួល ការណែនាំ ធុក ហើយក៏ទៅអែបអបជាមួយចិន និងបងគណៈមន្ទីរ ពេទ្យ១៧ និងគណៈផ្នែកវះកាត់ថា ខ្ញុំ (សោម ចន) វះកាត់បានល្អទេ និងជួយសំរាល់ដល់ខ្ញុំ (សោម ចន)។
