Yin At, male, 66 years old and lives in Trapeang Prasat village, Trapeang Prasat commune, Trapeang Prasat district, Oddar Meanchey province. At៌s wife៌s name is Khim Khim. At has two daughters and one son. Currently, At is a member of Trapeang Prasat district council.

At was born in 1950 in Chhouk Khsach village, Chhouk Khsach commune, Baray district, Kampong Thom province. At has two sisters and two brothers. At studied in grade 8 (old system) when he was young. At volunteered to join the KR movement in 1972, because King Sihanouk appealed young people to go into forest fighting against the US; and Lon Nol. First, At was in Chhouk Khsach commune.

In late 1972, At was sent to join as a soldier in Baray district. At that time, Keo was a chief of the district. Hum was a chief of Baray district៌s military. Aftermath, At served as a soldier of Zone 304. Ke Pauk was chief of military of the Zone. At was in Regiment 707. Hoeung and Chan were leaders of the regiment. At៌s unit fought against Lon Nol in Phnom Basith for several days and his unit moved to Prek Kdam, Prek Pneou for final battlefield before entered Phnom Penh in April 1975.

When the KR entered Phnom Penh in April 1975, At was in Phnom Penh for two days. He was around Chroy Angva Bridge. At that time, the KR ordered to solders to tell people to come out the city, because the US planned to bomb in Phnom Penh soon. The KR sent At back to Kampong Cham town by Ke Pauk. At was a member of committee of Industrial department of Zone 304. At was in Kampong Cham town for two months and then he was sent to Battambang province. There, At was attended for agriculture៌s training course with Chinese experts at Central Technic-Agriculture School at Me-Chbar of Thma-Kol district Northwest Zone. Aftermath, At was promoted to be a head of the school. There were around 200 participants from everywhere to attend the training course. The course was taken one year period. After completed the course, the KR selected other participants for next course. Ta Nhim was a chief of Northwest Zone. Ta Mok became the Zone៌s chief after Ta Nhim was arrested by the KR. At was in Battambang until 1979.

When the Vietnamese arrived in Cambodia in January 1979, At and other fled to Cambodia-Thailand border. At was at Bo-Lang/69 [Sen Chao] border checkpoint of Samlot area. Samlot had two border checkpoints, include number 69; and 70 border checkpoints. Sou Met and Noem supervised in Samlot. Meas Mut and Ieng Phan supervised in Koh Kong.

In 1985, At moved to KR military base [1001]. At was in Division 417. Ke Pauk was a chief of the Division. At was a member committee of the Division. The Division operated within Kampong Thom and Kampong Cham provinces.

In 1990, Ta Mok pave a road from a top Dangrek Mountain down to Anlong Veng area. At and other soldiers of Division 417 were in Thlat village. After integrated with the Cambodian government in 1999, At moved to live in Trapeang Prasar district. At was in Division 24 of the government. Ing Leang was a chief of the Division.
