Man Sambo and Voal Sapon confessed that Samkan joined the CIA in 1972 through the network of Sambo and a spy for Um Chamreun. Samkan reconnected Sophuong Bopha and received the plots to destroy machines of factory and to demonstrate in demand for children being taken care by their own.
ឈ្មោះ ម៉ន សំបូរ និង វាល់ សាប៉ុន បានឆ្លើយថា ឈ្មោះ សំកន ចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ក្នុងខ្សែរបស់សំបូរនិងជាគិញរបស់អ៊ុំ ចំរើន។ សំកន មកភ្ជាប់ខ្សែសេអ៊ីអាជាមួយសូភួង បូផាវិញ ហើយទទួលផែនការឱ្យកំទេចម៉ាស៊ីនក្នុងរោងចក្រនិងធ្វើបាតុកម្ម ទាមទារកុមារ។
