In 1965, You Hakk Chheng aka Hakk received the indoctrination from Seang Pao Se aka Neak and the introduction of Chy Kim An to join CIA. Hakk attend to continuously increased number of forces, and then the forces were sent to burrow within the revolutionary line. Seang assigned Hakk to hide in region 15 and to carry out activities to destroy material.
យូហាក់ ឆេង ហៅ ហាក់ ទទួលការអប់រំពី ស៊ាង ប៉ោសែ ហៅ នាគ អោយចូលសេអ៊ីអា ដោយឈ្មោះ ជី គឹមអាន ជាអ្នកទទួល ស្គាល់ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ១៩៦៥។ ហាក់បានកសាងកម្លាំងសេអ៊ីអា ជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់ ហើយកម្លាំងដែលកសាងបានទៅបង្កប់ស៊ីរូងផ្ទៃក្នុងជួរបដិវត្ដ។ ស៊ាង ប៉ោសែ បានចាត់តាំង ហាក់ ទៅបង្កប់នៅតំបន់១៥ ហើយធ្វើសកម្មភាពបំផ្លាញសម្ភារៈ។
