Mam Oeung, Member of Textile Unit T-4, was a former worker of Leang A textile factory. In June 1973, Mam Oeung was nominated by boss of Khvach Lim factory to join the CIA. After the liberation, he linked himself with traitorous networks of Hao Seng's wife. Mam Oeung's responsibility was to convince [workers] to revolt against the revolution and cadres, and to stage sabotage to destroy thread shuttles.
ឈ្មោះ ម៉ម អឿង តម្បាញ ត-៤ ជាអតីតកម្មកររោងចក្រតម្បាញ លាង អា។ នៅខែ៦ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ចូលសេអ៊ីអា ដែលមានថៅកែ រោងចក្រ ក្វាច លីម ជាអ្នកនាំចូល។ ក្រោយរំដោះខ្លួនបានភ្ជាប់ ខ្សែក្បត់ជាមួយប្រពន្ធ ហោ សេង ដោយបំផុសប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដប្រឆាំង កម្មាភិបាល ធ្វើវិចេ្ឆទកម្មបំផ្លាញត្រល់អស់មួយចំនួន។
