Tann Leak Pheng was a student from France. Before being arrested, he was a production soldier at office K-15. He was 32 year-old, male, born at Phsa Chas village, Skuh subdistrict, Sam Raong Tong district, Kampong Speu province. He was arrested on November 12, 1977 and confessed all his traitorous action to Angkar.
តាន់ លាកផេង និស្សិតមកពីប្រទេសបារាំង មុនអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួនជា យុទ្ធជនបង្កបង្កើនផលនៅមន្ទីរក-១៥ អាយុ៣២ឆ្នាំ ភេទប្រុសកើត នៅភូមិផ្សារចាស់ ឃុំស្គុះ ស្រុកសំរោងទង ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។ លាកផេង ត្រូវបានអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួនថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែវិចិ្ឆកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧ រួចបានឆ្លើយ ពីប្រវត្ដិសកម្មភាពក្បត់ផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនជូនអង្គការតែម្ដង។
