Hok Thai Seng was a student from Romany, 31, year-old, male, Khmer nationality, born at Bromoul Chom village Smaong subdistrict, Kam Chay Mea district, Prey Veng province. He was arrested by Angkar on August 21, 1977 because he joined CIA unit and used photo to deceive Protestants of People's of Kampuchea.
ហុក ថៃសេង ជានិស្សិតមកពីប្រទេសរូម៉ានី អាយុ៣១ឆ្នាំ ភេទប្រុស ជនជាតិខ្មែរ កើតនៅភូមិប្រមូលដុំ ឃុំស្មោង ស្រុកកំចាយមារ ខេត្ដព្រៃវែង។ ហុក ថៃសេង ត្រូវបានអង្គការ ចាប់ខ្លួននៅថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧ ដោយសារតែចូលភ្នាក់ងារ សេអ៊ីអា ប្រើរូបភាពបន្លំអ្នកគាំទ្រការតស៊ូរបស់ប្រជាជនកម្ពុជា។
