Soam Vanak, born in 1969 at Bak Ranas village, Songr subdistrict, Svay Teab district, Svay Rieng province, wrote a letter to the human rights organization of United Nation, International Court, in charge of leader of Khmer Rouge case, to seek for justic and to sentence them based on their crime. He also requested Director of Searching for the Truth Magazine to publish the news in the magazine as a historical document.
សោម វណ្ណៈ កើតនៅឆ្នាំ១៩៦៩ មានស្រុកកំណើតនៅភូមិបាក់រនាស់ ឃុំសង្ឃរ៍ ស្រុកស្វាយទាប ខេត្ដស្វាយរៀង បានសរសេរលិខិតមួយ ច្បាប់ដើម្បីសុំឱ្យប្រធានអង្គការសិទ្ធិមនុស្ស នៃអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ ប្រចាំនៅកម្ពុជា តុលាកាអន្ដរជាតិ ដែលមានភារកិច្ចក្នុងរឿងកាត់ក្ដី មេដឹកនាំខ្មែរក្រហម ដើម្បីរកយុត្ដិធម៌ និងកាត់ទោសទៅតាមច្បាប់ ដែលពួកគេបានប្រព្រឹត្ដ និងសូមឱ្យលោកនាយកទស្សនាវដ្ដីស្វែងរក ការពិតជួយចុះផ្សាយនៅក្នុងទស្សនាវដ្ដីស្វែងរកការពិត ដើម្បីទុកជា ឯកសារប្រវត្ដិសាស្ដ្រផង។
