Because there was a publication on Kohsantepeap newspaper of association about the competition on the writing about story in Democratic Kampuchea, Mr Nou Hoan wrote a story to compete in Democratic Kampuchea Historical Conservation Platform.
ដោយមានការផ្សព្វផ្សាយលើទំព័រសាពត៌មានកោះសន្ដិភាពរបស់សមា គមដើម្បីប្រកាសជ្រើសរើសស្នាដៃតែងនិពន្ធពីរឿងរ៉ាវផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនក្នុង របបកម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យ លោក នូ ហ៊ន់ ក៏បានតែងនិពន្ធរឿងរ៉ាវ មួយច្បាប់ដើម្បីចូលរួមប្រឡងប្រជែងក្នុងវេទិកាថែរក្សាប្រវត្ដិសាស្ដ្រ របបកម្ពុជាប្រជាធិបតេយ្យផងដែរ។
