Before Khmer Rouge ruling in Phnom Penh everyday we heard the sounds of weapons. to make worse Lon Nol government was powerless to prevent several terrorists attack the city-Khmer Rouge wanted to liberate the country from Lon Nol ruling. In the countriside the educated the people in the village. There was political tension.
