Tann Leak Pheng, former student from France, male, Cambodian, single, place of birth Phsar Chas village, Skoh commune, Samrong Tong district, Kampong Spue province. Before Angkar arrested Pheng was soldier of office K-15. Tann Leak Pheng came France at the end December 1977 then Angkar arrested Pheng on November 12, 1977 and confessed on biography and traitorous activity to Angkar «Hieng was interrogator».
តាន់ លាកផេង អតីតនិស្សិតមកពីប្រទេសបារាំង អាយុ៣២ឆ្នាំ ភេទប្រុស ជាតិខ្មែរ នៅលីវ កើតនៅភូមិផ្សារចាស់ ឃុំស្គុះ ស្រុកសំរោងទង ខេត្ដកំពង់ស្ពឺ។ មុនអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួនជាយុទ្ធជន នៅមន្ទីរក-១៥។ តាន់ លាកផេង មកពីប្រទេសបារាំងនៅចុង ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៦ ហើយអង្គការចាប់ខ្លួនបាននៅថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែវិចិ្ឆកា ឆ្នាំ១៩៧៧ រួចបានឆ្លើយពីប្រវត្ដិ និងសកម្មភាពក្បត់ជូនអង្គការតែ ម្ដង។ អ្នកសួរចម្លើយឈ្មោះ ហៀង។
