In the return of France, Chy Vuth was obliged to send all of the information to « Makloklin » by and mean. Another mission of his was to store the information from CIA in Australia even before he knew the precise situation in Phnom Penh. As a result, he had to divide the problems into two. The first one was the uncertain situation in Cambodia. The second on was the real situation in Cambodia.
ក្នុងការវិលត្រលប់មកកាន់ប្រទេសបារាំងវិញ ជឺ វុធ មានភារកិច្ច មួយត្រូវផ្ដល់ពត៌មានគ្រប់ផ្នែកទៅឱ្យឈ្មោះ «ម៉ាក់ឡកលីន» តាម មធ្យោបាយដែលអាចធ្វើបាន។ ជឺ វុធ មានគម្រោងការមួយទៀត ដែលត្រូវធ្វើ គឺត្រូវទុកជាមុនទៅតាមពត៌មានដែលសេអ៊ីអានៅ ប្រទេសអូស្ដ្រាលីមានមុនពេលដែល វុធ មិនទាន់ដឹងស្ថានការណ៍ ច្បាស់ប្រាកដនៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ ដូចនេះ វុធ ត្រូវចែកបញ្ហាជាពីរ ផ្នែកគឺ% ទី១ តាមស្ថានការណ៍មិនពិតប្រាកដនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ទី២ គឺស្ថានការណ៍ពិតប្រាកដនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។
