Lim Chann Sitha, 25 years old, joined the CIA in 1972 and contacted Kolap Samrith Seila to hold a post. After April 17, 1975, Chann Seitha conducted CIA activities within the group of Hao Thouren, Muong You Tech and Duong Davuth. Chann Sitha convinced former workers to discredit the revolution.
ឈ្មោះ លឹម ចាន់ស៊ីថា អាយុ ២៥ ឆ្នាំ ចូលសេអ៊ីអា នៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧២ ហើយបានទាក់ទងជាមួយ កូឡាប សរិទ្ធិសីលា ដើម្បីរកមុខដំណែង។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ចាន់ស៊ីថា ធ្វើសកម្មភាពសេអ៊ីអានៅក្នុងក្រុម ហោ ធូរេន, មួង យូតិច និង ដួង ដាវុត ហើយបានបំផុសកម្មករចាស់ឱ្យវាយប្រហារបដិវត្ដ។
