Loeng Kuch, 35 years old, joined the Party of Socialist Republic, the CIA in 1973 and conspired with Pech Ban and Um Chann Dara to counter the revolution. After the liberation, Loeng Kuch conducted activities within the group of Mao Sophany, Um Chamreun and Chang Kem.
ឈ្មោះ ឡឹង គុច អាយុ ៣៥ ឆ្នាំ ចូលគណបក្សសង្គមសាធារណៈរដ្ឋ និងចូលសេអ៊ីអានៅឆ្នាំ១៩៧៣ ហើយរួមសកម្មភាពប្រឆាំងខ្មែរក្រហម ជាមួយពេជ បាន និង ហួ វ៉ន។ ក្រោយថ្ងៃ១៧-៤-១៩៧៥ ឡឹង គុច បានបំផុសកម្មករឱ្យរួមសកម្មភាពជាមួយពេជ បាន, អ៊ុម ចាន់ដារា ដើម្បីប្រឆាំងបដិវត្ដ។ ក្រោយមក ឡឹង គុច ធ្វើសកម្មភាព ក្នុងក្រុមម៉ៅ សុផានី, អ៊ុច ចំរើន និង កង កែម។
